Emulsified shoe polish and solvent-based shoe polish are two common types of shoe polish.
Emulsified shoe polish
Ingredients: water as solvent, containing wax, grease and other ingredients. It is mostly in the form of emulsion or paste, easy to push away.
Characteristics: No irritating odour, soft texture, no need to wipe vigorously, residue can be removed with water, not easy to stain hands.
Applicable scene: daily household quick care, suitable for frequent maintenance.
Solvent-based shoe polish
Ingredients: Organic solvent-based, containing high concentration of waxes and oils, usually in the form of hard paste, which needs to be applied with force.
Characteristics: High wax content to form a protective film, better waterproof and anti-fouling performance, one-time care can be maintained for a longer period of time, easier to polish, and can show a high sense of gloss.
Applicable scenes: suitable for business leather shoes or shoes stored for a long time.
